Welcome to Living Group International. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from this website located at https://www.livingroupinternational.com and from herein referred to as Living Group International. Please note that your use of Living Group International constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of Living Group International. Your use of Living Group International following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. Product Information
Most Living Group International products displayed on Living Group International are available in select stores in the United States while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at Living Group International are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. All Next Day shipping orders must be received by 10 am EST. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify mvillegas@livingroupinternational.com. You will receive an email from mvillegas@livingroupinternational.com when your order has been confirmed.

Prices, Shipping & Handling Charges
All orders are shipped USA UPS Ground unless selected otherwise. Rates are calculated through UPS or USPS calculator in the shopping cart. All orders within Florida will incur the current Florida sales tax. Please contact mvillegas@livingroupinternational.com if you have any questions.

Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on Living Group International, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales made online are final. Returns or exchanges are not available at this time.

Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. Weekends and holidays excluded. UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays. Next Day Shipping order must be submitted by 12 PM PST. Items ordered together may ship separately. Living Group International does not ship internationally. Signatures are required for the delivery of the following orders: All orders over $150.00, all first time UPS Next Day Air orders, all first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses.

UPS will not deliver a box that is signature required without someone being available to sign for the package. If this is a problem give us a call within 24 hours of placing your order.

Order Verification
All suspect orders are subject to verification, this is done for your protection. Suspect orders will be held until verified. All unverified orders will be automatically canceled after 7 days.

Shipping Transit Times
All Estimates Exclude Weekends & Holidays and order processing time:

• UPS Ground: 7-10 Business Days
• UPS 2 Day Air: 2 - 3 Business Days
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 - 2 Business Days

UPS Ground Shipping Transit Times
UPS Ground is our default shipping method and is available for all US mainland states. 2-Day Air & Next Day Air shipping options are available upon selection.

Calculating Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated upon check out and depend on which country the items purchased are being shipped to. To view your shipping costs, place the desired items you wish to order in your shopping cart, then view your shopping cart, then click on the check out button to set the shipping address to determine your shipping costs. The Living Group International Privacy Policy collects customer information in an effort to improve our customer's shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions. We collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address, that you provide to us when you place an order, when you save your information with us or when you participate in a sweepstakes, promotion or survey. Living Group International may use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order.
